It has come to our attention that recent updates to Windows 10 released by Microsoft can potentially have a negative impact for CABINET VISION Users. Many users have been experiencing issues when printing from CABINET VISION. Symptoms can vary from missing graphics to Windows crashing to the ‘Blue Screen of Death’ - as referenced by many users.
This is caused by the latest cumulative update for Windows KB5000802. This is a Windows issue and therefore affects all software installed on the PC not just CABINET VISION.
Our recommendation is your first point of call to be your IT Professional to gain a greater understanding of the latest Windows Update and assist if you are experiencing issues with printing.
It is most likely that your IT Professional will need to assist with rolling back the latest Windows update until the matter is resolved by Microsoft as it has affected a number of CABINET VISION Versions.
