Planit Family Affairs

The Passmore family, has had a very busy year on both the sporting field and the stage.

Anthony’s two girls Samantha (16) and Nicole (8) have been dancing up a storm in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Tap and Funk. Both are progressing well through their RAD exams with Samantha close to completing her levels to instructor!

The male side of the family have had a non-stop couple of years with Dylan (13) successfully sailing two boats (not at once)  all year round.

As a member of the Australian Optimist Sailing for the last 3 years, (it’s an Under 15 years boat), Dylan has raced around the country in all states bar the NT and with international regattas including New Zealand and Singapore. 

Coached by World Champions, Rob Brewer ( AUS) and Diego Figueroa(Peru ). The AOST has the opportunity to achieve its best ever results at the 2009 World Championships to be held in July in Rio De Janeiro.

7th WA States ( 2008) 4th WA states (2009)
4th Vic States

In the Australian designed ( light weight flying machine ) Sabot,  ( Under 16y )
3rd NSW States
2nd NSW Sprint Titles
6th in the Australian Nationals. ( big result )
