Staff Profile – Cameron Bentley

We would like to introduce Cameron Bentley, a member of the Services team here at Planit.

Cameron has been in and around the country doing on-site integrations and training. There’s a chance you may have spoken to him during a tech support call or had training conducted by him in the Sydney office.

For those who haven’t met Cameron; He was Born in Greenacre hospital in Sydney’s inner west in March 1988 to parents of a long Australian background.

Cameron spent most of his younger child hood life living and going to school in the Bankstown area of Sydney attending Banksia Rd Public School. From there he went to live further out west in the South-Western suburb of Liverpool and attend Preston Primary School and Casula High School, where his love for woodworking began.

Cameron applied for and obtained his trade certificate in Cabinetmaking earlier this year and has also completed his Kitchen, Bathroom and Renovation Licence Course.

Cameron has worked many fields of the building industry and actually started his first apprenticeship as a Carpenter. He completed his first year before realising it wasn’t for him, and undertaking a Cabinetmaking apprenticeship. From then on he has worked in all types of joinery from the most mass production factories producing upwards of 3 kitchens a day right down to a 2 man hands on operation where everything was cut on a panel saw and done by templates, and therefore can see the benefit and need for the software we sell and support.

Justin Gradon has joined the Services team at Planit

Quite a few of you may have seen Justin out & about doing training & integrations on-site. At time, you may be lucky enough to have spoken to him during a tech support call, if you have had any contact with Justin you would have experienced his passion for our software.

For those of you that haven’t had the privilege of meeting Justin, He was born in Dandenong back in the winter of 83 as a first generation Australian with his parents coming from both Denmark and Italy. Justin has spent most of his life growing up in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne Victoria where he completed his Apprentiship at a small cabinet making company in Clifton Hill. He then made the decision of moving onto another company closer to home, Impala Kitchens. He worked with Impala for the next 8 years where he grew from a factory hand to out onsite as a sub contractor then moved into the office to become Customer Services manager and Installations Manager. He still resides in the eastern suburbs where he loves to venture out as often as he can for a relaxing fish on the weekend and still likes to play a couple of games of basketball during the week with his close friends. One of Justin’s long term goals is to one day visit his relatives back in the lovely country of Denmark.
