Planit’s Terms and Conditions for Training, Integration and Customisation Sessions

Online Customisation Sessions

Utilising Planit's SimplyBook System

  • Planit has the right to change the Services Team member hosting your session as required. SimplyBook will notify you of any changes that take place.
  • Payments are required prior to bookings being confirmed.
  • Payment in SimplyBook (Planit's Online Booking System) utilises PayPal and Stripe for processing payments. 
  • Please be aware that a ‘no show’ to the session will result in forfeiting payments already made.   

Reschedule Bookings

  • Rescheduling of a session will be accepted up to 1 Week (7 Calendar Days) prior to commencement.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of a booking may incur a change fee of $75 + GST or a deduction of 30mins of Customer Service Time from your account.
  • Rescheduling on the day of a booking, a change fee of $150 + GST or a deduction of 60mins of Customer Service Time from your account.
  • Customers that choose to reschedule, future dates for sessions are subject to availability on our SimplyBook Calendar.
  • Late arrivals to the session will not have time made up in the future

Cancellations

  • Cancellation of a session will be accepted up to 1 Week (7 Calendar Days) prior to commencement.

  • Cancellations will result in a credit being applied as Customer Service Time to your account.
    If the cancellation is under 7 Calendar Days, 30mins may be deducted as a late cancellation fee.
    If the cancellation is on the day of the booking, 60mins will be deducted as a late cancellation fee

 

Planit eCADEMY:

  • The Price listed is inclusive of GST as per Australian Law. A receipt of payment will be supplied via Planit eCADEMY and our credit card payment system. Within 3-5 business days, a Tax invoice will be provided
  • Users will have 6 months (or 183 Days) to complete the course from the date of enrolling/purchasing
  • Planit Cutting Edge Solutions has the right to suspend a user's enrolment if they are found to be using the software illegally

Online Machine Integrations

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 business days prior to commencement
  • Please be aware that a $300 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 business days or
  • Cancellations on the day of an integration will incur a $650 + GST cancellation charge.
  • All online machine Integrations are to be paid in full 10 days prior to the commencement of the integration
  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled integration.
  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit

 

Onsite Integrations:

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 business days prior to commencement
  • Please be aware that a $500 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 business days or
  • Cancellations on the day of an integration will incur a $1000 + GST cancellation charge.
  • In addition to this, fees associated with the cancellation of flights, accommodation & car hire will also be at the customer's expense
  • All Onsite Integrations are to be paid in full 10 days prior to the commencement of the integration
  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled integration.
  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit

 

In-house Integrations:

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 Business days prior to commencement.
  • Please be aware that a $400 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 Business days or
  • Cancellations on the day of an integration will incur a $650+ GST cancellation charge.
  • In addition to this, fees associated with the cancellation of flights, accommodation & car hire will also be at the customer's expense. 
  • All In-House Integrations are to be paid in full 10 days prior to the commencement of the integration.
  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled integration.
  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit.

 

Training through support

  • Reschedules/Cancellations will be accepted up to 3 business days prior to commencement.
  • Please be aware that a minimum of 30 minutes Customer Service Time deduction applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 3 business days or
    Cancellations on the day of a course will incur a 1 hour of Customer Service Time to be deducted
