Minimum Numbers

  • All courses conducted by Planit have specific required number of attendees for the course to proceed.
  • Planit holds the right to post-pone and training courses if minimum numbers aren't met.
  • Planit will not be liable for any expenses (within reason) for post-poning a training course.

 

Onsite training cancelations:

  • All Onsite Training is to be paid in full prior to commencement. 
  • Cancellations will be accepted up to 5 business days prior to commencement.
  • If training is cancelled less than 5 business days prior, your deposit will not be refunded.
  • The cancellation of flights/accommodation/car hire will be at the customers expense if cancelation is received less than 5 business days prior to commencement.
  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled training.
  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit.

 

In-house training cancelations

  • All In-house Training is to be paid in full prior to commencement.
  • Cancellations will be accepted up to 5 business days prior to commencement.
  • If training is cancelled less than 5 business days prior, your deposit will not be refunded.
  • The cancellation of flights/accommodation/car hire will be at the customers expense if cancelation is received less than 5 business days prior to training commencement.
  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled training.
  • Planit will not be liable for any travel related expenses that a customer has incurred in the event of any training being cancelled by Planit.

 

General course cancelations

Including Online Courses & Training Modules

  • Cancellations will be accepted up to 5 working days prior to commencement.
  • If training is cancelled less than 5 days prior the cost of the course will not be credited or refunded.
  • Waiting periods apply for the rescheduling of cancelled training.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • All courses will be run on the latest version and build of the Software.
