HIA Kitchen & Bathroom Awards 2014 - South Australia
On the 11th of October, SA Territory Manager Tony Vella and his wife Leanne along with SA Integrator Kristen Gill and her partner Simon Elliot attended the 2014 HIA-CSR Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards Presentation Dinner in South Australia at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
Planit invited Domenic & Virginia Iommazzo from Inhouse Woodworks, and Adam & Cheryl Hoggert from Town & Country Cabinet to be our guests. It was Adam and Cheryl’s first time to the HIA Awards night and from what they have told us they had a great time.
This year's theme was 'Rio Carnival', and the night certainly had it all, Brazilian Dancers, Percussionists and Feathers made the night one to remember. There were plenty of conversations going on between all the Awards presentations and dancing. Even Adam got up and had a dance (which apparently is a rare sight).
Planit would like congratulate Jag Kitchens on winning 8 awards which included Kitchen Designer of the year and Kitchen Project of the year. Planit would also like to congratulate Walls Bros Designer Kitchens & Furniture for their wins on the night.
Tony made the comment that "It was great to see Planit customers at the event and have them come and chat about the night and what has been happening in their day to day lives, not just about software."

Product Spotlight - Customer Care
Our Customer Care Program is designed to ensure you have the necessary assistance and resources available, but also to guarentee your business continues to operate and limit the amount of downtime your manufacturing may experience. The program also promotes using the latest technology to enhance your business and ensuring you have the support there whenever you need it.
The key areas of our Customer Care Program include; Help Desk, Support Time, E-Support, Updates of your Current Software, Webinars, Master Licence Protection and Tech Days.
Below you can find an overview of the different areas of the Customer Care Program.
Help Desk – Help Desk is our dedicated phone line to provide technical assistance and information for all users of our software. Our Services Team will be able to answer your questions and provide assistance with your software to ensure you continue operating normally.
Customer Service Time – Members of Customer Care receive Customer Service Time as part of their contract or they can pre-purchase additional hours to use when they need it most. This time can be used for any type of service such as technical support sessions, web rescue, online training and even onsite training, and if time is still remaining, it will not expire.
E-Support – E-Support is a worldwide online website available to members of Customer Care. Members can download helpful information including the latest software builds, additional catalogues, Planit partner packages, tech packages, etc; and also use the forum to ask questions, research topics, request new features and communicate with other Planit customers and technicians all over the world.
Software Update Program – While current in Customer Care you will be part of the Software Update Program, entitling you to any releases and maintenance builds of the software for your product owned. This is designed to keep your Planit software up to date and give you all the new benefits and features
Webinars – Webinars are an online presentation run by our Planit Services Team with their main goal to provide members with additional knowledge on their products. Webinars are only available to members of Customer Care and cover a different topic each time.
Master Licence Protection – Master Licence Protection provides security and peace of mind, so that if your Master Licence is lost or stolen you can apply for a replacement master licence for a small application fee. This service can also be offered for Additional Licences for additional fees.
Tech Days – Tech Days are allocated to each territory every 1-2 months and are available for members of Customer Care to share a day with a member of the Planit Services Team and have any questions answered plus spend time developing their skills and software.
