Our Services Team are participating in staff development session on Friday 2nd March 2018 between 9am and 5pm (Sydney Time). This will affect our normal support services.
Having these meetings are an important part of Planit’s commitment to improving the skills of our staff, improving our procedures and sharing information within the team. In return, we can then raise our high-quality service and better support your business.
For Support Questions
If you contact our Help Desk on Friday, please ensure you leave a voice mail message. Clearly state your name, company name, contact details and a brief description of your request so we can return your call as soon as we return.
The best method of contact during the day is to contact us via email using email@example.com, please provide details as set out above. These emails will be monitored for any urgent support enquiries. If production has stopped, please note it so we know it is urgent. Our services will be back to normal on Monday 5th March, with our team contacting customers to follow-up voicemails and emails.
