Optimizing using a new blank sheet

When you are in the S2M center Optimize your required parts then under your cut patterns, right click on the sheet material that you wish to add another sheet of and select ‘Add blank sheet’. Once you have done this you can then Cut a part from an existing sheet (the program will ask you if you would like to re-optimize the sheet) and then copy onto the new sheet. You can now use the new features of rotating that part or flipping that part to cancel the drilling optimization on one side unless you select the 6th face nesting option which is only available in CV Ultimate(contact your local representative for more information) prior to flipping the part. The other benefit of adding a new blank sheet is that you could bring out parts and manually position them for grain matching where optimizing may not of.
