From the Editor

Welcome to the Summer Edition of our newsletter.

Firstly let me take this opportunity to wish all of our customers and their staff a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We thank you for your support and can assure you that next year we will continue to support and grow with you as we have done this year.

2007 was significant for us. We have achieved growth of 35% in sales which we believe is testimony to the quality of the product and our ongoing commitment to service.

This growth did not just happen; it is the result of plans we put in place some time ago. These consisted of increasing our representation in the field and taking our service to the next level. We achieved this by allocating territories for our sales people and assigning them customers. This enables us to be in regular touch with you and cover any issues that may arise.

We are acutely aware of how intimidating software can be to a large portion of the population and our goal has been to take the fear and frustration factors out of it by being easily accessible to you either though your rep or our service department.

Next year there will be advances in both our software and service which will add to the efficiency and productivity of your business. We are here to help so if there is anything you need please do not hesitate to call us.

If you would like additional people from your company to receive our
E Newsletter, please forward their email address to sales@au.planit.com and we will make sure they receive all future
E Newsletters or you can direct staff to our web site where the newsletters are posted for future references.

If you have any questions or want any further help, please don't hesitate to contact our technical support team on (02) 9544 8815 or support@au.planit.com.

Merry Christmas
