With the introduction of Planit’s Software Update Program (updates/E Support/ point releases), we have introduced a new name for support, Customer Care.


This will help our customers differentiate between our Customer Care program (support) and our Software Update Program (updates).


Customer Care is telephone, email & remote diagnostic support (allows our Customer Care technicians access to view your computers screen).


Customer Care can be purchased for either 6 or 12 month subscriptions, ensuring your company has access to our Customer Care team.


Offering different ways our customers can communicate with our Customer Care Team enables Planit to offer the best in line Customer Care service for the woodworking industry.
